How does the Help Desk work?

  • Users will be able to contact the Help Desk during business hours via telephone, email or an icon on their desktop.
  • The majority of calls are resolved within 15 minutes. Calls are unlimited and covered in the monthly fee.
  • Support includes items such as:
    • Email
    • Printing
    • Hardware problems
    • Basic application troubleshooting
    • Network issues (routers, firewalls, etc.)
  • *Calls not resolved within the 15 minute window will be optionally escalated to either a 30-minute paid block or a customized quotation can be provided.
  • You will be notified to approve any extended remote session, onsite visit and/or depot drop off, and any associated additional charges.
